L&#8217;elevat cost i temps emprat per a la seva regeneraci\u00f3<\/strong> fa de la nostra tecnologia un bon m\u00e8tode per a t<strong>ractar en l\u00ednia\/\u201cin situ\u201d<\/strong> la contaminaci\u00f3, en tots dos casos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"is-style-com_titular_6 wp-block-heading\">Solucions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La <strong>tecnologia electroqu\u00edmica<\/strong> sola o complementada amb unes altres, pot tractar, amb instal\u00b7lacions m\u00f2bils <strong>&#8220;in situ&#8221;, grans cabals<\/strong> d&#8217;aigua fre\u00e0tica contaminada, podent&nbsp;ser aquesta&nbsp;reinjectada de nou al fre\u00e0tic i disminuint en poc temps el llindar m\u00ednim d&#8217;intervenci\u00f3. En els <strong>s\u00f2ls contaminats es pot intervenir amb efectivitat i curt termini de regeneraci\u00f3<\/strong>, tant amb lixiviaci\u00f3 + electroqu\u00edmica&nbsp;i\/o&nbsp;bioremediaci\u00f3. Els tractaments &#8220;off&nbsp;site&#8221; impliquen m\u00e9s cost de tractament i de transport de terres. Aquests gasos poden estar constitu\u00efts per multitud de contaminants inorg\u00e0nics o org\u00e0nics. Normalment aquestes aig\u00fces de rentada de gasos tenen incorporats reactius que reaccionen i eliminen el contaminant de la fase gas a fase aquosa. <strong>\u00c9s necessari que aquestes solucions de rentada siguin renovades (consum de reactius\/cost) i les aig\u00fces de rentada esgotades, gestionades com a residu perill\u00f3s les aig\u00fces de rentada esgotades (cost).&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"is-style-com_titular_6 wp-block-heading\">Origen del problema<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>L&#8217;activitat industrial sobretot en la ind\u00fastria del petroli, petroqu\u00edmica, qu\u00edmica, farmac\u00e8utica, siderometal\u00b7l\u00fargica i altres solen generar tot un tipus de contaminants en les seves emissions (part\u00edcules,&nbsp;NOx,&nbsp;SOx, Sulfh\u00eddric, Amon\u00edac,&nbsp;XVOC\u2019s,&nbsp;VOC\u2019s, Dioxines, metalls vol\u00e0tils, olors v\u00e0ries\u2026), altament t\u00f2xics.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"is-style-com_titular_6 wp-block-heading\">Soluciones<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La soluci\u00f3 proposada passa per la <strong>regeneraci\u00f3 de les solucions de rentada de gasos i la no generaci\u00f3 de residus l\u00edquids<\/strong> que comporten un elevat cost d&#8217;eliminaci\u00f3. Les aig\u00fces de refrigeraci\u00f3 d&#8217;aquestes torres comporten un <strong>elevat manteniment en dosatge de reactius: hipoclorit (evitar Legionel\u00b7la), antiincrustants<\/strong> per a mitigar la concentraci\u00f3 de calci que acaba incrustant-se en la instal\u00b7laci\u00f3 i condiciona el seu bon funcionament. \u00c9s necessari una <strong>tecnologia que regeneri el desinfectant<\/strong> i eviti la&nbsp;sobredosificaci\u00f3&nbsp;de reactius (i corrosivitat)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"is-style-com_titular_6 wp-block-heading\"><strong>Origen del problema<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>L&#8217;elevat dosatge d&#8217;hipoclorit<\/strong> i altres reactius incrementa la conductivitat (clorurs b\u00e0sicament) de l&#8217;aigua de refrigeraci\u00f3, la qual cosa<strong> provoca una elevada corrosivitat en la instal\u00b7laci\u00f3 <\/strong>i redueix la seva vida mitjana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"is-style-com_titular_6 wp-block-heading\"><strong>Solucions<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La filtraci\u00f3 cont\u00ednua de l&#8217;aigua evita la pres\u00e8ncia de s\u00f2lids suspesos i l&#8217;increment de la c\u00e0rrega org\u00e0nica, obtenint-se una aigua cristal\u00b7lina i evitant la proliferaci\u00f3 de bacteris (entre elles la Legionel\u00b7la).
